Cancellation Policy
One Big Basket is currently pre-launch. These terms describe the proposed membership cancellation process. No paid membership can currently be purchased.
Cancel when you choose
- No reason is required.
- No long-term lock-in.
- No cancellation penalty.
- Future renewal stops after cancellation.
- Your current plan remains usable until the end of the paid subscription cycle.
Current-cycle services
- Services already used or scheduled during the current paid cycle are not automatically refunded.
- If One Big Basket cannot deliver a paid service, the affected value will be refunded or adjusted transparently.
Welcome Kit deposit
- The recurring membership and basket-specific refundable Welcome Kit deposit are handled separately.
- Kit collection and verification are arranged after cancellation.
- The target refund period is 3 to 5 business days after verification.
- Clearly disclosed return conditions apply.
